We are a fine dining restaurant Kota Kinabalu that redefines Sabah’s culinary heritage. Inspired by local ingredients and rich traditions, we create a dining experience that celebrates the essence of New Sabah Cuisine. OITOM which means ‘black’ in the Kadazan-Dusun language is our interpretation of art in black canvas.
At OITOM, it is where we love to share the heritage of Sabah Journey through the lens of our cuisine in OITOM fine dining experience. Moreover, we are happy to welcome you to join us on this “Heritage” journey as we celebrate New Sabah Cuisine together.
Reservation
We recommend booking in advance for your preferred date, as all our ingredients are freshly sourced and prepared for the “HERITAGE” Full Experience Menu on the day of your reservation. Dinner is available by reservation only through Umai or Whatsapp. Walk ins are encouraged subject to availability of ingredients as all of our ingredients prepared freshly for the day
